Lauire is a current registered BCRPA personal trainer. With over 16 years of personal training experience, Laurie has experience with all age groups and injuries. She is not only a distance runner but also a local founder for the Vertical Slam and Sadownik miles-for-smiles fundraisers for local schools and cancer patients. Laurie also runs the local outdoor Nature to Nurture hiking and education group. While her top priority is getting clients to their goals, Laurie beats her own goals being a 4-time Canadian death race solo finisher.

Zack is a current registered ISSA & CFES personal trainer. His mission is to help adults develop lasting strength and confidence as well as guide youth athletes to perform their best safely and efficiently. He enjoys running OCRs (Obstacle Course Race's), hitting the bike trails, being active with his family and learning what he can to improve and help overall fitness.
